SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders over $60 qualify for free delivery inside the USA; else, a flat $5 shipping fee will be added at checkout.
  • 2-3 business days are required for processing. We send packages via USPS First-Class mail (2-5 business days). When all of the goods in your order are in stock, the whole order—including any pre-orders—will be dispatched.
  • Depending on customer needs, we offer priority delivery for an extra fee. To inquire about overnight or priority delivery costs, contact us in our Instagram page.

  • An order cannot be altered or cancelled once it has been placed. Both online and Insta Live orders fall under this policy.

Shipping + "PAY and HOLD" 

SHOP FREQUENTLY - "PAY and HOLD" 

You can avoid shipping fee by holding your items till you reach the free shipping threshold of $60. 

We host Instagram Lives pretty frequently. You can shop from our lives or from our website (vajrajewellery.com) and keep ordering stuff to your reserved bin. Once you reach a $60 order (Excluding Tax), we will ship your order via USPS which takes 3-5 business days to deliver. 

If you want us to ship your order before reaching the $60 threshold, please Zelle $5 to query.vajra@gmail.com, and send us the screenshot of the payment on our Instagram messenger with your full name and order number.

We are not responsible if order is lost or stolen during the transit. 

  • The tracking number is shared with you via the given email after the item has been shipped out. You may monitor your destination in real time. Please get in touch with USPS right away if the tracking number/link indicates that the order has been delivered to your mentioned address but you haven't received it. 
  • Please inform USPS right once if the shipment is missing in transit.
  • We won't be responsible for any lost/stolen packages. It is your responsibility to add insurance to the packages before it is dispatched. As we are a small business, we can't bear the cost of misplaced packages by USPS. We cannot offer refunds.
  • If you want to add insurance to your package, place the order on the website and then inform us on Instagram or via email at query.vajra@gmail.com

We are not responsible for the packages that are returned to us due to any of the following reasons. 

  • If your mailbox is full
  • If you have mentioned the address wrong
  • If due to any reason USPS have returned the shipment back 
  • If you have moved to a new location and didn't share the updated address with us.

Once we receive your item back, we will contact you further on resending the package.
