Refund Policy

We inspect each item properly before packaging. But occasionally, as a result of bad handling by courier services, goods might be harmed while in transit. Hence, we suggest you to record a video of the opening of the box displaying all the items from start to finish without interrupting, in order to earn credit or replacements.

Upon viewing the video, we offer mend any damaged item, replace, or give you credit for your future purchase. We cannot offer repairs, replacements or returns without the introductory video.

    • Within 48 hours of receiving (the day of delivery to your mentioned address) the merchandise, you must inform us about damaged goods. Email us at query.vajra@gmail.com or message on Instagram, and send us the opening video and a photo of the defective item.

 

  • Any reports submitted after this window will not be taken into account.

    • When we get your email, we'll guide you how to send the damaged goods to us.
      • Damaged products must be returned via shipping within two days after obtaining our confirmation.

     

  • Depending on availability of product we will either send the replacement or give you store credit. If the same product is in stock, we will ship it to you after we receive the damaged product.

     Return or Exchange will not be considered for below scenarios

    • We utilize top-notch lenses to snap pictures in bright lighting. Depending on the resolution of the monitor or phone screen, there can be subtle color variations. Before placing an order, contact us on Instagram if you have any doubt on the color of the product. We do not accept returns if you report any color differences.
    • The majority of jewelry is composed of brass, which can be bent easily, notably the stems of earrings. If the stem of the earring is bent, straighten it by applying little pressure with your fingers.
    • There are chances of stones or beads falling off, or connecting rings get detached or opened, because of package mishandling by carriers. In this case, we suggest you to fix the stones with a super glue.
    • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues. For example please check your bangle size or your desired neck set length before you place an order.
    • We also do not accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
